Finance and Risk Management Committee

Netball ACT is seeking suitably qualified individuals to nominate for a position on the Netball ACT Finance and Risk Management Committee.

 

The purpose of the committee is to  assist the Board of Netball ACT to fulfill its fiscal responsibility to ensure the stability and long term economic health of Netball ACT; and to monitor Netball ACT’s risk and insurance management and compliance systems.

 

The Netball ACT Finance and Risk Management Committee shall hold at least four (4) meetings per
year at the completion of each financial quarter including any additional meetings at a time and
place as agreed by the committee. The meetings shall be scheduled to coincide with key milestones
such as budget preparation and end of financial year reporting. All meetings shall be held at least
two weeks prior to a Board Meeting to provide advice and information to the Board.
