These athletes have been invited to join the Academy, with athletes selected from all district associations.
The Netball ACT Academy is a program aimed at supporting and developing aspiring athletes aged 14-15 by giving them experience in a performance environment. This Academy is the beginning of the Netball ACT Performance Pathway and has been running for almost a decade, with athletes now in the Capital Darters Academy having made their start in the Netball ACT Academy.
Meredith Brown will lead the Academy as the Head Coach and will oversee court sessions, specialist sessions, off-court education sessions, and conditioning, as well as practice matches against other Academies.
