Capital Chemist Junior Championships - Round 4

As we reached the halfway point, round 3 of the Capital Chemist Junior Championships was a spectacular day with the sun shining across the Arawang netball courts. Belconnen and Tuggeranong had a strong round 3 coming away with 13 and 12 wins (respectively) across the day.

Two games went down to the wire and make our match of the round special mentions. In the 13’s Division 1 Belconnen narrowly took the win from host’s Arawang (22 to 21), whilst in the 15’s Division 2 Tuggeranong defeated South Canberra (15 to 14).

As we head down south to the Tuggeranong Netball Association for round 4, the competition is still any ones for the taking. With one game separating most divisions and Belconnen with the bye this weekend, it will come down to the last 2 rounds to determine final ladder placings.

Whilst finishing the rounds in 1st place provides an edge over the competition once we move into semi-finals anyone from the top 4 can feature in the coveted Grand Final match.
