Introducing the athletes selected for The Capital Spirit Academy in 2022. The Academy is an important feeder program to The Capital Spirit U23s team and will include 19 athletes in 2022. With four athletes from the 2021 program transitioning into the U23s team next year, the Academy will benefit both the athletes and the future of our Spirit teams. Congratulations to all of the athletes selected.
The Academy is set to commence in February next year and will include a variety of strength and conditioning, court trainings and off court education.
