The Capital Spirit head into Round 10 of the Origin Energy Premier League

With four rounds remaining in the 2020 Origin Energy Premier League, The Capital Spirit will be looking to utilise their knowledge from the start of the competition finish their season strongly.  

“Round 10 is the start of the recommencement of games within our own conference and the opportunity to apply more of what worked well when we last came up against North Shore United.” said Kate Carpenter. The Capital Spirit will be looking to capitalise on their turn overs and learn from the last time the two sides met.

After pushing the top of the Conference B table leaders, the South Coast Blaze to the final minute last week, the U23’s will be aiming to continue that form into the match tonight. Kim Symons said “We were in last weeks match for 45 minutes. This week our focus is going to be quarter by quarter but having the awareness to play out the full 60 minutes.”
