As we tip over the halfway point in the HCF State League season, we have come back to the beginning when it comes to game match ups.
In the Men's League, round one saw Canberra take on the South Canberra with Canberra coming away with a convincing win. Round six however saw third place South Canberra beat the reigning champs by 10 points. With a game full of highlights, it was an exciting match to watch for all at the courts and on the live streams.
It was the same story for Tuggeranong in Division One after losing to Arawang in the opening round, they come up on top by 14 points in round six.
Congratulations also to Jake Shepherd on being awarded his A Badge on Friday night. A huge achievement off the back of umpiring in the Australian Men's & Mixed Netball National Championships.
This week we head into our Reconciliation Round. Reconciliation Round happens every year as part of National Reconciliation Week (NRW). NRW presents an opportunity for all Australians to recognise our shared histories, cultures, and achievements, as well as explore how we can all contribute to reconciliation in our country.
