The PlayHQ platform is a simple, easy to use platform that was introduced by Netball Australia during 2021 as a result of the MyNetball contract ending as of the 31st of December 2021. Netball Australia released the following information regarding the new system.
PlayHQ is a new cloud-based platform delivering world-class experiences for participants and saving time for sporting administrators. The system will provide our community with an intuitive and simple platform designed in collaboration with partner Member Organisations, association and club administrators.

DEDICATED HELP & SUPPORT
Netball Australia will be establishing a new National Service and Support Desk. This will see a dedicated team supporting all partnering Member Organisations and their affiliates. This will lighten the load of volunteer administrators and end-users looking for support in the new system. This help and support model will also ensure we can assist you when you need it most, after hours and at weekends.
We understand registering in PlayHQ will look a little different and seek your patience as we all use the platform for the first time.
