In one of the most challenging years in the history of our game, we are pleased to welcome three new Directors to the NACT Board.
Despite the challenges that 2020 has posed to our organisation and the broader netball community, the Board is committed to our mission to ‘build a sustainable peak body for Netball in the ACT’.
In August the Board farewelled Vikki Press from the position of Director. Vikki will continue to contribute to the netball community, continuing her role on Netball ACT’s Finance, Audit and Risk Management Committee.
This month we also welcome three newly appointed Directors who each offer a robust set of professional skills and experience, and varied contributions our sport. Their skills and experience will assist the Board in provide leadership for the growth and success of netball in our region.
Trish Crossin, Adele-Marie Bullock and Laura Sibley have joined the Board to fill the casual vacancies to the next Annual General Meeting (May 2021).

Currently a Director on four national boards, Trish’s areas of expertise include governance, risk management, communication, fund raising, policy development and advocacy. Trish was involved with Netball NT for more than 30 years and served as President from 2013-2017

Adele-Marie has a wealth of experience in executive leadership roles, policy analysis and advice, governance, reform, service delivery, strategic engagement and operational management. Adele-Marie has a long history with the game, including involvement with netball policies and processes, program and event management, and coaching at a state representative level.

Laura is a marketing communications professional with experience delivering projects for government, business, not-for-profits, property developers and education providers. Laura has grown up in the Netball ACT community and is an active participant in many aspects of the game including playing, coaching and umpiring.
