Re: NETBALL ACT scaling sown operations
Netball ACT is of the view that all netball activity must cease until further notice. This includes all levels, from Club to State League. In order to ensure that the netball community is acting with the highest level of social responsibility, there is no other option than to adhere to the health advice.
Accordingly, Netball ACT has provided guidance to all Clubs and Associations to stop all formal netball activity from this point forward until such time as the Government restrictions are modified to allow those activities to occur. This includes all types of training and all f2f gatherings of players, umpires, coaches and committees.
Netball ACT has also ceased all Academy programs until further notice in line with Netball Australia and Netball NSW’s direction on the postponement of the Deakin University Australian Netball League competition and NNSW Premier League respectively. Effective immediately:
-
District & Club competitions – Following consultation with districts these competitions have now been suspended until after 1 July

Netball ACT is not currently issuing refunds on Netball ACT 2020 Membership Registrations due to the recommendation that community netball be suspended until after 1 July 2020. We will re-assess as required if the situation continues or escalates.
