Netball ACT is pleased to announce the appointment of Katrina Roff as its new Chief Executive Officer, commencing mid-January 2026.
Katrina brings more than 20 years of experience across the sport, tertiary, not-for-profit and commercial sectors.
With a strong background in sports marketing, she has led major international sponsorships with global brands at events including the Australian Open, the Hong Kong 7's Rugby Union, the London 2012 Olympics, and the Paralympic World Cup.
Her career has taken her through London, Hong Kong and Sydney, giving her a broad understanding of how sport connects communities across cultures.
For the past seven years, Katrina has served as CEO of ANU Sport, where she oversaw sport, recreation and wellbeing initiatives for the university community.
"I am delighted to be joining Netball ACT at what is a pivotal time for netball in Australia", Roff said.
"I am passionate about sport and believe in its power to deliver social change and build community; excited to see netball flourish at its full potential in the Canberra community".
An avid netballer, founder of the Women in Sport group, and proud Canberra mum of young twins, Katrina brings both professional expertise and personal passion to the role.
Netball ACT extends a warm welcome to Katrina and looks forward to her leadership as we continue strengthening opportunities, pathways and participation for our entire netball community.
