Notice is hereby given in accordance with Rule 21.1 of the Constitution that the Annual General Meeting of the ACT Netball Association Incorporated (Netball ACT) will be held on Tuesday 19th May 2022.
The details of the meeting are as follows:
Date: Thursday, 19th May 2022
Time: 7:00pm
Location: SolarHub ACT Netball Centre, 435 Northbourne Avenue, Lyneham ACT
Participation in the AGM will be in accordance with Rule 19.1, 19.2, 19.3 and 19.4 of the ACT Netball Association Incorporated Constitution:
- Each Member Association shall appoint up to two Delegates (by written notice to the CEO), one of whom shall be a voting Delegate.
- Each Member Association has one vote at a General Meeting.
- A Delegate must:
a) be appropriately empowered by the appointing Member Association to consider, make decisions and vote at General Meetings; and
b) not be a Director of Association
- A Delegate is entitled to:
a) exercise at a General Meeting all the powers which the Member Association which appointed them could exercise if it were a natural person; and
b) be counted towards a quorum on the basis that the Member Association is to be considered personally present at a General Meeting by its Delegates.
