Notice is hereby given in accordance with Rule 13.2 of the Constitution that the Annual General Meeting of the ACT Netball Association Incorporated (Netball ACT) will be held on Friday, 31 May 2019. The details of the meeting are as follows:

Participation in the Annual General Meeting
In accordance with rule 13.8 and 13.9 of the ACT Netball Association Incorporated Constitution:
- All Players, Non-Players, Life Members and Social Members under clause 6.1 may attend and speak at any general meeting of the Association. Players and Non-Players who are over 18 and registered with a District Association may also cast one vote on any proposed resolution of the Association unless they have money owing to the Association. For the avoidance of doubt, no other person may vote on any proposed resolution of the Association.
- District Association delegates may attend and speak at an annual general meeting, unless they have money due and payable to the Association.
In accordance with Netball ACT By Law 01/06 – Board Elections Rule 1.1
- All elections shall be by secret ballot. In spite of anything else contained in these Rules, a person is eligible to vote in a ballot if they are 18 years or older and a registered financial member of the Association as at 7 May in the year of the election.
