Tonight, The Capital Spirit will play ERNA Hawks in round 11 of the Origin Energy Premier League.
Last time the two sides met in the Under 23’s, 60 minutes couldn’t split the two sides. “We’ve developed quite the rivalry with the Hawks over our last three meetings. We know what our game plan is going into tonight’s match, we now just need to execute it.” Said Kim Symons.
“We were well organised and structured in last weeks matches, but we just need to pay more attention to our technical execution at critical times,” said Carpenter. When the Opens came up against the Hawks in Round 2 earlier this year, the Hawks were able to run away with a 32-point victory, something The Spirit will be looking to reduce tonight.
