Tonight, it is The Capital Spirit v Central Coast Heart.
The Spirit Opens will be looking to bounce back after the Sapphires were able to come from behind and run out the game 57-49 last week. “I felt like to stepped it up a level last week and are looking to take that form into tonight’s match against the Heart,” said Kate Carpenter, Head Coach.
In the U23’s the team played their most consistent 60 minutes last week with only a 10-goal margin against the Sapphires, the U23’s shooting end will need to produce an accurate game to get the two points this week. Kim Symons, Head Coach was excited for tonight’s match “I feel like we turned a corner last week and tonight it’s all going to come together for us.”
