Notice is hereby given in accordance with Rule 13.2 of the Constitution that the Annual General Meeting of the ACT Netball Association Incorporated (Netball ACT) will be held on Friday 28th May 2021.
The details of the meeting are as follows:

Location: SolarHub ACT Netball Centre, 435 Northbourne Avenue, Lyneham ACT
Participation in the AGM will be in accordance with rule 13.8 and 13.9 of the ACT Netball Association Incorporated Constitution:
- All Players, Non-Players, Life Members and Social Members under clause 6.1 may attend and speak at any general meeting of the Association. Players and Non-Players who are over 18 and registered with a District Association may also cast one vote on any proposed resolution of the Association unless they have money owing to the Association. For the avoidance of doubt, no other person may vote on any proposed resolution of the Association.
- District Association delegates may attend and speak at an annual general meeting unless they have money due and payable to the Association.
