This year Netball ACT in partnership with Arawang Netball Association will be co-delivering a NetSetGO program with a focus on increasing participation in Canberra’s Culturally and Linguistically Diverse Communities. Netball is a terrific sport that celebrates the fact it can be enjoyed by anyone, regardless of age, sex, race or religion.
The program will have a focus on inclusion, friendship and fairness. Sport can sometimes be a bit intimidating, especially when you first start, we understand that. That’s why this program will be slightly different from your normal sports program. There are no uniform requirements (although you will get a NetSetGO shirt included in your pack), a higher coach:participant ratio and if you can’t make every session that’s ok too.
When: 4pm-5pm Tuesday’s starting February 18th (8 weeks)
Where: Arawang Netball Courts, Sherratt PL, Stirling, ACT
Cost: Only $30!
What is included: a NetSetGO pack (Shirt, ball and other cool items)
Transport: If your school or community group gets 10 or more to sign up, a bus will be provided to pick you up from school to take you to Arawang Netball Courts
