The Netball ACT Academy is returning in 2021, targeting the development of athletes aged 14-16 and will provide a foundation in technical and tactical skill development, physical preparation, and athlete wellbeing. Athletes were selected across the Capital Chemist Junior Championships by NACT selectors and today we are pleased to announce the following athletes have been successful in gaining a place in the program:

Netball ACT Head Coach Kate Carpenter said of the selected athletes “We were really impressed with the athletes we saw at the Capital Chemist Junior Championships, and I’m looking forward to seeing their skills progress through their inclusion in the academy.”
The academy will commence their training on Sunday 1st August 2021.
