A well-known coach in the capital, Durham has significant high performance coaching experience including coaching ACT state teams and being the inaugural Assistant Coach for the Canberra Darters in 2008.
Durham said she is excited to be back in the high performance environment, and to be a part of the Australian Netball Championships (ANC) in Traralgon.
"I've had a bit of a break the last two seasons and it's exciting to be back on board with this program," Durham said.
"I'm excited about the pathway moving forward and the structure of the ANC competition. It will be good to have the athletes in that environment for a week to see what we can implement and what we can achieve."
Durham has worked with a number of talented coaches over the years, and says she is excited to be working with Marji Parr and supporting her as Head Coach in 2022.
"I've been so fortunate in the ACT to work under some great coaches including Bronwyn Bock-Jonathan and Jill McIntosh. Melinda Clarke has also been instrumental with regards to my coach development."
The inaugural Australian Netball Championships will land in Traralgon this August, launching a new-look pathway competition for emerging national talent.
The Capital Darters team will be announced later in the week.
